What Dewfall stores

Your Google account identity (name, email), your Google Calendar events (when you connect Calendar access), any References you add (people, places, or things — names, relationships, freeform notes, and photos), memes you upload or caption, generated images, and wallet/payment records.

Third-party AI processing

To generate an image, the relevant event details, Reference notes, and Reference photos are sent to an external AI image generation provider (NanoGPT) as part of the prompt and input images for that one request. A Reference photo of a person is sent specifically so the model can reproduce that person's likeness in the output image.

References to other people — your responsibility

A "person" Reference describes someone other than you: their name, your relationship to them, freeform notes, and optionally a photo of their face. That person doesn't have an account here and has no way of knowing they've been added unless you tell them. By adding a person Reference, you confirm that:

  • you have that person's knowledge and consent to store their name, notes, and photo in Dewfall;
  • you have their consent to submit their photo to a third-party AI model for the purpose of reproducing their likeness in generated images; and
  • you will remove them (see below) if they ever withdraw that consent, and you won't add a photo of anyone who hasn't agreed to appear in AI-generated images.

You are solely responsible for having and maintaining that consent — Dewfall has no way to verify it on your behalf.

Removing a Reference

Deleting a Reference from the References page permanently deletes its notes and any attached photo file — not just a link between records. If someone you've added asks to be removed, delete their Reference; if you can't access the account it was added under, contact the account holder directly.
